Validity is measured in 24-hour days from creation. Renew adds days from the later of now or existing expiry.

Sender accounts
Up to 100 saved accounts. Select the accounts for this campaign. Each connected account uses a separate browser process.
1. Contacts
CSV headers: phone, opted_in, 1 … 20. Use country codes. Optional sender_id assigns an exact account.

Replace sample values with your customer data. Set opted_in to true only with consent.

Numeric variables match CSV headers 1–20. Named variables such as {{name}} also match CSV column names.
Queue pacing is not protection against account restrictions. Recipients are split between selected senders, not sent the same message from every sender.
3. Review & send
Preview personalized messages before sending.
For a test, upload a CSV containing only your own opted-in number and send from one connected account.

Submitted means WhatsApp accepted the send call. ACK 2 = delivered, ACK 3 = read when available. Unknown means an interrupted send may have completed; check manually before retrying.
